What's ROKCON?

ROKCON is a three-day geology learning event geared towards young teenagers. The weekend is filled with hands on learning labs taught by industry professionals, with the goal of educating and inspiring the next generation of geologists.

At ROKCON, teens explore geology through interactive labs like rock ID, fossil digs, and earthquake simulations. Led by real geologists, each session offers hands-on experience and insight into earth science careers—making learning fun, practical, and inspiring for the next generation.
